Description
tesa® 64803 double sided closed cell foam can create a waterproof barrier when compressed, while still being flexible enough to seal uneven surfaces. The higher density foam of tesa® 648 Series foam tapes has a great resistance to water penetration, making it the ideal choice for sealing applications in the glazing market. tesa® 648 series is resistant to UV.
Application Fields
tesa® 648 series foam tape is an approved primary glazing seal for domestic and commercial glazing systems. Application ideas:
- Primary seal between the glass and metal frame in commercial and domestic windows and window walls
- Dampening vibrations between the metal frame and cladding in the transport industry
