Description
This slick surface tape has an ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) providing excellent abrasion and wear resistance.
UHMW is used as a permanent anti-abrasion finish and for providing a low coefficient of friction to surfaces to reduce chafe and abrasion. May be used as a permanent protection tape on surfaces. Used on guide rails, door and draw slides and chute linings to provide slip and reduce wear.
Commonly used on cars and trucks for protection from stone chips and scratches.
